Scope of Services:
With Basement, Ground Floor, 2 Podiums, Three (3) floors and Rooftop for modern designated offices areas for meeting and other functions.
With 750 seats, a multi-purpose function hall at the Ground Floor could be utilized into 3@250 seating capacity.
With 500 seats multi-purpose function hall on the first floor and could be utilized into 2@250 seats capacity.
With 27 retail offices, café lounges, canteen, and other utility areas for special purposes.
With Multi-function outdoor deck for special occasions like weddings, gala, concert, and other open area gathering.
Facility will be controlled by Building Management System (BMS), otherwise known as a Building Automation System (BAS), is a computer-based control system installed in building that controls and monitors the building’s mechanical and electrical equipment, known as “Smart Intelligent Building/Structure.”
